Ideal for use in a bar, restaurant or cafe environment where food orders are taken.

The page needs to be folded over the top with the carbon paper and duplicate page underneath, you would then write down the order. This will then be transferred to the duplicate page underneath creating a copy of the order. The two copies can then be ripped out and the process repeated for the next order.
